Privacy at Plumario

Policy version 2026-07-30

Plumario runs Plumario, a private writing tool for children. Contact privacy@recoded.cl about privacy.

What we collect

A child’s chosen display name, avatar, writing and replies; the feedback and exact evidence Moss used; and minimal account, security and service events. We do not need a child’s date of birth, address or school.

Why

We use the information to save and return the family’s work, provide authored writing questions, keep the account secure, and privately check whether the feedback system is working. Consented revisions may be referenced in a restricted internal calibration queue. They are never committed to a public code repository or sold.

Where it goes

Writing is stored in the private Plumario database and sent over the operator’s private Tailscale network to the Hawk language-model server for rubric placement. It is not made public and no advertising system receives it.

Your controls

A guardian can review, export and delete writing, reset child access, or withdraw consent. Inactive child content is scheduled for deletion after 12 months. Encrypted backups age out within 30 days.
